Description

A quick and easy air fryer ramen noodle bowl topped with crispy ingredients for added texture and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pack ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken (optional)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place ramen noodles in a heatproof bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let sit for 3 minutes.
  3. Toss carrots, mushrooms, and green onions with vegetable oil.
  4. Air fry vegetables for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  5. Drain noodles and mix with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Top noodles with air-fried vegetables and chicken if using.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute any vegetables you prefer.
  • For vegetarian version, omit chicken.
