Description
A quick and easy air fryer ramen noodle bowl topped with crispy ingredients for added texture and flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 pack ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken (optional)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place ramen noodles in a heatproof bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let sit for 3 minutes.
- Toss carrots, mushrooms, and green onions with vegetable oil.
- Air fry vegetables for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
- Drain noodles and mix with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Top noodles with air-fried vegetables and chicken if using.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute any vegetables you prefer.
- For vegetarian version, omit chicken.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
