Description
Crispy kale chips with ranch flavor, made quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss kale pieces with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and salt.
- Place kale in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Check chips frequently to prevent burning.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
