Description
A quick and easy casserole that brings the flavors of a Reuben sandwich to your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 slices rye bread, cubed
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup cooked corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix bread cubes, sauerkraut, corned beef, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use leftover corned beef for this recipe.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Serve with extra Thousand Island dressing if desired.
