Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced corned beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Press the pizza dough into a greased air fryer basket or pan.
- Spread Thousand Island dressing evenly over the dough.
- Layer Swiss and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add corned beef, sauerkraut, and pickles.
- Sprinkle caraway seeds if using.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
