Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef short ribs
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the short ribs dry with a paper towel.
- Rub the ribs with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
- Coat the ribs evenly with the seasoning mix.

- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
