Description
A healthy and delicious mix of root vegetable fries made in the air fryer. Perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato, cut into fries
- 1 large carrot, cut into fries
- 1 parsnip, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cut vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately.

- Cut vegetables evenly for uniform cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
