Ingredients
- 2 large lemons, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss lemon wedges with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until edges are crispy.
- Serve warm.
