Description
A quick and easy pizza using leftover rotisserie chicken cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded leftover rotisserie chicken
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pre-made crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add shredded chicken, bell peppers, and red onions.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings.
- Place the pizza in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
- Remove, slice, and serve.

- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Use any leftover vegetables you have.
- For extra crispiness, spray the crust lightly with oil.
