Description
Delicious cookies made in an air fryer with rum-soaked raisins for a unique flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup raisins soaked in 2 tbsp rum
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Soak raisins in rum for 30 minutes.
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold in soaked raisins.
- Shape dough into small balls.
- Place in air fryer basket, leaving space between.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Drain excess rum from raisins if too wet.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
