Description

Crispy and delicious salmon fish sticks made in an air fryer. A quick and healthy alternative to traditional fried fish sticks.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into sticks
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each salmon stick into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated salmon sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
