Description
Crispy and delicious salmon fish sticks made in an air fryer. A quick and healthy alternative to traditional fried fish sticks.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into sticks
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each salmon stick into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated salmon sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for the best texture and flavor.
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the sticks with oil before air frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
