Description

A healthy and flavorful salmon salad made with air-fried salmon and fresh arugula.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  4. While salmon cooks, toss arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and dill in a bowl.
  5. Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the salad.
  6. Serve immediately.
