Description
A healthy and flavorful salmon salad made with air-fried salmon and fresh arugula.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 cups arugula
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- While salmon cooks, toss arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and dill in a bowl.
- Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the salad.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add avocado for extra creaminess.
