Ingredients
- 2 cups green jackfruit, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the jackfruit slices with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and let cool before serving.

- Use firm green jackfruit for best results.
