Description
Crispy and flavorful vegetable samosas made easily in an air fryer. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for brushing
Instructions
- Mix flour, oil, and water to make a dough. Rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add peas and mashed potatoes.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
- Cut each circle in half. Fold into a cone and fill with the potato mixture.
- Seal the edges with water. Brush with oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place samosas in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
- You can add chopped carrots or green beans to the filling.
- For extra crispiness, brush with more oil before air frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer.
