Description

Crispy and flavorful vegetable samosas made easily in an air fryer. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for brushing


Instructions

  1. Mix flour, oil, and water to make a dough. Rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add peas and mashed potatoes.
  3. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
  5. Cut each circle in half. Fold into a cone and fill with the potato mixture.
  6. Seal the edges with water. Brush with oil.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place samosas in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.

Notes

  • You can add chopped carrots or green beans to the filling.
  • For extra crispiness, brush with more oil before air frying.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer.
