Description
Crispy air fryer samosas filled with spinach and potato.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp oil
- 10 samosa pastry sheets
- Water for sealing
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add ginger paste and sauté.
- Mix in spinach and mashed potatoes.
- Season with garam masala and cook for 5 minutes.
- Fill samosa pastry sheets with the mixture.
- Seal edges with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Air fry samosas for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.

- Ensure samosa edges are well-sealed to prevent leakage.
- Adjust spices to taste.
