A quick and delicious air fryer sausage cheese dip, perfect for your Thanksgiving appetizer spread.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway, until bubbly and heated through.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or sliced bread.
Notes
- Use mild or spicy sausage depending on your preference.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
