Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (10-inch)
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Spread the cooked sausage crumbles evenly over the crust.
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, then pour over the sausage.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and diced bell peppers on top.
- Place the pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is crispy.
- Remove, slice, and serve immediately.
