Description
A delicious seafood lasagna made with shrimp and crab, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Layer marinara sauce, noodles, and seafood mixture in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Repeat layers, ending with marinara and extra cheese on top.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
