Description

Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, broccoli)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place drumsticks and vegetables in a single layer on the air fryer sheet pan.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve immediately.
