Crispy, golden shoestring fries made quickly in your air fryer. Thin-cut potatoes turn perfectly crunchy with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into thin matchstick strips
- Soak in cold water for 10 minutes
- Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels
- Toss with oil and seasonings
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway
