Ingredients
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In an air fryer-safe dish, heat olive oil and butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in Arborio rice and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in broth gradually, stirring occasionally.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Add shrimp, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
