Description
A quick and easy air fryer shrimp scampi pasta bake that’s full of flavor and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture.
- Transfer to an air fryer-safe baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.

- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor and texture.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- Substitute white wine with chicken broth if needed.
