Ingredients
- 20 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 20 wonton wrappers
Instructions
- Mix shrimp, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling in each wonton wrapper.
- Fold edges up to form a cup shape.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook shumai for 8-10 minutes until golden.

- If wrappers dry out, cover with a damp towel.
