Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked beef brisket, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup coleslaw
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the tortillas lightly with olive oil.
- Layer sliced brisket, cheese, and coleslaw on each tortilla.
- Drizzle with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
