Ingredients
- 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 small slices of baguette or crackers
- 1 tbsp capers (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese, dill, lemon zest, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on each baguette slice or cracker.
- Top with a folded slice of smoked salmon.
- Place canapés in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 3-4 minutes until edges are lightly crisp.
- Garnish with capers if desired.
- Serve immediately.
