Description
Make crispy smoky BBQ rub chips in your air fryer in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoky BBQ rub
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Slice potatoes thinly.
- Toss slices with olive oil, BBQ rub, and salt.
- Arrange slices in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes.
- Flip chips halfway through.
- Cook 2 more minutes if needed.

- Use mandoline for even slices.
