Description

A delicious casserole combining smoky maple bourbon pulled pork with creamy mac and cheese, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy top.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pulled pork (pre-cooked)
  • 2 cups macaroni (cooked)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup maple bourbon sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix cooked macaroni, milk, butter, and half the cheese in a bowl.
  3. Add pulled pork and maple bourbon sauce. Stir well.
  4. Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
