Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil.
- Mix spices in a bowl.
- Coat wedges evenly with spice mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook wedges for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
