Description
Crispy potato wedges with a spicy Spanish twist, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier version of patatas bravas.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for another 5 minutes if needed.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
- Serve with aioli or bravas sauce for authenticity.
