Description
Crispy, spicy, and flavorful jackfruit chips made in an air fryer. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups young green jackfruit, drained and shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the shredded jackfruit dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix jackfruit with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the jackfruit in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or canned young green jackfruit.
- Adjust spices to taste for more or less heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
