Description

A quick and spicy breakfast sandwich made with chorizo, biscuits, and air-fried to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 lb spicy chorizo
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Scramble eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten slightly.
  5. Place biscuits in air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Assemble sandwiches by layering chorizo, eggs, and cheese between biscuits.
  7. Return to air fryer for 2 minutes to melt cheese.
