Description
A quick and spicy breakfast sandwich made with chorizo, biscuits, and air-fried to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 lb spicy chorizo
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Scramble eggs with salt and pepper.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten slightly.
- Place biscuits in air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Assemble sandwiches by layering chorizo, eggs, and cheese between biscuits.
- Return to air fryer for 2 minutes to melt cheese.
