Description

Crispy spinach and artichoke sticks made in the air fryer for a quick and delicious appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix spinach, artichoke, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place 1 tbsp filling on each egg roll wrapper, fold sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
  4. Brush sticks lightly with olive oil.
  5. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use thawed frozen spinach for convenience.
  • Check at 5 minutes to prevent overcooking.
