Description
Crispy spinach and artichoke sticks made in the air fryer for a quick and delicious appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix spinach, artichoke, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place 1 tbsp filling on each egg roll wrapper, fold sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
- Brush sticks lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use thawed frozen spinach for convenience.
- Check at 5 minutes to prevent overcooking.
- Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
