Description

Crispy air fryer spinach mushroom wraps with a savory filling. Quick, easy, and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms, cook until soft (about 3 minutes).
  4. Stir in spinach, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until spinach wilts.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Place filling in the center of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese if using.
  7. Fold sides and roll tightly.
  8. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Place wraps in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
  10. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
