Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use toothpicks to secure the stuffed chicken if needed.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or salad.
