Description
Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with spinach and cheese, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Mix spinach, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff the mixture into the chicken pockets.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Brush chicken with olive oil.
- Place in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use kitchen twine if toothpicks aren’t secure.
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
- Letting chicken rest keeps it juicy.
