Make Starbucks-style egg bites at home using your air fryer. This easy recipe delivers fluffy, protein-packed bites perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or gruyere)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Optional add-ins: diced bell peppers, cooked bacon, spinach
Instructions
- Blend eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour mixture into greased silicone egg bite molds or muffin tin.
- Add optional ingredients if using.
- Air fry at 300°F for 12-15 minutes until set.
- Let cool 2 minutes before removing from molds.
