Description
Crispy, golden steak fries made easily in your air fryer with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into thick steak fry shapes.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Seasoning can be adjusted to taste.
