Description

A delicious meal featuring juicy steak and shrimp served over a cheesy jumbo potato, cooked perfectly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 jumbo potato
  • 8 oz steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pierce the potato with a fork and microwave for 5 minutes to soften.
  3. Slice the potato open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  4. Season the steak and shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the steak and shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the potato and return to the air fryer for 2 minutes to melt.
  7. Serve the steak and shrimp over the cheesy potato.
