Description
A delicious meal featuring juicy steak and shrimp served over a cheesy jumbo potato, cooked perfectly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 jumbo potato
- 8 oz steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pierce the potato with a fork and microwave for 5 minutes to soften.
- Slice the potato open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Season the steak and shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steak and shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle cheese over the potato and return to the air fryer for 2 minutes to melt.
- Serve the steak and shrimp over the cheesy potato.
