Ingredients
- 4 slices of thick bread (brioche or challah recommended)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the mixture on two slices of bread.
- Top with diced strawberries and cover with the remaining slices.
- Whisk eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Brush with melted butter and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra strawberries or syrup.
