Description

A quick and delicious air fryer sandwich with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 4 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Spread sun-dried tomato pesto on one slice of bread.
  2. Layer mozzarella and basil leaves on top.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover with the second slice of bread.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place sandwich in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Remove when cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
