Description
A creamy and flavorful chowder made with sweet corn and shrimp, cooked quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter in an oven-safe dish inside the air fryer.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add shrimp and corn, cook for another 3 minutes.
- Pour in broth and cream, stir well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh corn for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Swap shrimp for chicken if preferred.
