Description
A crispy, cheesy twist on classic grilled cheese with taco flavors, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tbsp taco-seasoned ground beef (cooked)
- 1 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1 tbsp salsa
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer cheese, taco meat, and salsa between the unbuttered sides.
- Place sandwich in the air fryer basket, buttered side up.
- Cook at 375°F for 5 minutes, flip, then cook 3 more minutes.
- Let cool 1 minute before slicing.
Notes
- Use any melty cheese blend you prefer.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
- For crispier bread, brush with extra butter.
