Ingredients
- 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the pork with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned pork in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until fully cooked.
- Warm the tortillas in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the tacos by filling each tortilla with pork, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, queso fresco, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
