Description
Crispy, cheesy fries with a Texan twist, made easy in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Air fry the fries for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon over the fries. Air fry for 2 more minutes to melt the cheese.
- Top with green onions and drizzle with ranch dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
