Description
Crispy Thai spring rolls made easily in your air fryer. These rolls are packed with fresh vegetables and flavorful spices.
Ingredients
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly.
- Brush each roll lightly with vegetable oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh wrappers for best results.
- Do not overfill the rolls to prevent breaking.
