Ingredients
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel), undrained
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Velveeta, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then stir.
- Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in cumin, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, use hot Rotel or add more cayenne pepper.
- If the dip thickens, stir in a little more milk to thin it out.
- You can also melt the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat if you prefer.
