Description
A quick and easy air fryer lasagna skillet with cheesy beef layers, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 9 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until browned. Drain fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and water. Mix well.
- Spread ricotta over the top, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and air fry for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and air fry for 5 more minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Break noodles to fit the skillet.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- Use oven-safe skillet for air frying.
