Description
Crispy garlic mushroom bites made in an air fryer are a perfect Thanksgiving appetizer. They’re quick, flavorful, and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 pound baby bella mushrooms, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Coat each mushroom in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh mushrooms for best texture.
