Ingredients
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 4 cups peeled and diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ham, potatoes, cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
