Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season zucchini slices with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Layer zucchini slices in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle cooked beef over the zucchini.
- Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
