Description

Crispy spiral potatoes cooked in an air fryer with garlic and herbs for a quick and tasty snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the potatoes.
  2. Cut each potato into a spiral shape using a spiralizer or knife.
  3. Toss the potato spirals with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  5. Place the potato spirals in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
