Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Cut each potato into a spiral shape using a spiralizer or knife.
- Toss the potato spirals with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the potato spirals in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
